Anti Inflammatory Golden Milk Latte
I love whipping up a batch of this super simple, super delicious latte and sipping it right before bed, because I know that when I wake up I won’t be tired, foggy, achy or bloated and I know that I’ve given my body a bit of extra immune system defense after exposing it to some maybe not-so-clean ingredients.
