Paleo Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
I’m pretty certain that smoothies are one of the easiest options for ensuring that you’re still getting the proper nutrition you need in the morning, even when life gets crazy and has you running in all different directions. In less than 5 minutes this paleo-friendly, fall inspired recipe goes from start to finish and gets you out the door on time!
Halloween 2016 has come + gone and I'm officially over here feeling super old! Why? Because for the 1st time in my ENTIRE life I didn't go out/dress up for what has been one of favorite holidays for years!
Now obviously I work a FT job so going out on a Monday night was completely out of the question {for me personally} anyways, but usually I would at least head out for a night the weekend prior. Instead though, this year we spent the costume-filled holiday enjoying some quality time w/ the bf's fam in Iowa. And instead of finding fun costumes for ourselves, we dressed up Joie {which was equally as fun} because she looked too cute dressed up as a beanie baby {head over to my IG to see}.
Even though Halloween is past, I'm still holding on tight to the season of {pumpkin spice} and as promised, I'm finally sharing with you all the recipe that I teased you with about a month ago... my {Pumpkin Spice Smoothie}! This is such an easy thing to whip up for breakfast, lunch or even a mid-day snack and my {Maple Vanilla Grain Free Granola} is the absolute perfect topping for this amazing fall-inspired delicious-ness!
There's no need for any fake pumpkin flavored syrup when you can have the real thing and actually feel good about drinking it!
Paleo Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
· 1 Banana, frozen
· ½ C. Almond Milk, unsweetened
· ¼ C. Pumpkin Puree
· ¼ C. Coconut Milk, full fat
· 1-2 Tbsp. Collagen Peptides
· 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Methods:
1. Add all ingredients to your favorite blender {ninja, magic bullet, etc.}
2. Blend until smooth
3. Enjoy!
