Dish Towel Total Body YogaBurn [30 Minute Workout + Warmup/Cool Down]
Do you ever have those days where you’re doing the dishes and you just get the urge to toss the damn dish towel on the ground and start doing lunges? Or better yet, pushups? Yea… to be honest, neither do I. HOWEVER, times are much different than “normal” right about now and we’re all just trying to keep our chill, move our bodies by whatever means necessary and not kill our husbands (or maybe that’s just me).
What I also know that is that some people may not have the luxury of having dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands or really any exercise equipment at all inside their own homes (which they aren’t really allowed to leave) so that’s why I created this complete 30 minute YogaBurn workout using dish towels. Yes, you heard me correctly, dish towels.
Y’all have them in your houses so that excuse goes right out the window. Toss your towels on the floor, crank the tunes and get ready for a kick ass workout -- I promise you’ll never doubt the power of a good ol’ dish towel again.
