Total Body YogaBurn w/ Weights [30 Minute Workout + Warmup/Cool Down]
I’m not going to lie, it’s after 7 o’clock on Sunday evening and I’m sitting down to write this because I PROMISED you guys that I’d have some new workout content available after the weekend and guess what? Although I managed to get most everything else done on my to-do list this weekend, the posts swore I’d have up just didn’t quite get done.
Nonetheless, I’m here and ready to write this, create the graphics, load the YouTube vid and get you guys the damn workout because tomorrow is Monday and I’m sure you’d all like to start the weekend out with me yelling “WOO’s” at you every 10 seconds. Ok, let’s be honest, we all know those “WOO’s are more for me because inside I’m dying through every workout I share - RIGHT ALONGSIDE YOU (except Saturday when IG LIVE failed me and I ended up doing an entire workout SOLO thinking you were there struggling through it with me -- fun times). Regardless, a good sweat session is never a bad way to start a Monday (or any day for that matter) so I am here to PROVIDE.
But really, I absolutely love offering up these classes to y’all in this time of need -- it’s so fun for me to be able to share my talents? skills? passions? (not sure which sounds less like I think I’m some hot shot instructor -- but whichever it is, choose that). And I hope it’s equally as fun for you to be able to not only join in on the LIVE classes in real time, but also to be able to come back to them whenever you’re feeling a little down and need a few hundred “WOO’s” in your life.
This season of life has definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone as I’ve never really done LIVE classes before but after over a month of classes and only a few minor tech issues, I think it’s something I will seriously consider doing on a more frequent basis even when our lives start to slowly find their way back to some of our previous routines.
Looking forward to spending a few of my mornings with y’all again this week and as always, I’m sending so, so much love and happiness to all of you right now. ENJOY!
