Total Body Bodyweight YogaBurn [45 Minutes]
Friends and family, it’s been SO long since I’ve taught a YogaBurn class that I’m afraid I won’t remember how when the time comes again. That said, after following along with this burner of a workout last week I think that being able to fluidly teach this format will come back faster than I think.
You already know the drill will this format of workout because we did so many together this spring but to summarize: these workouts are accessible to all age levels. Feel free to follow along with me, opt for the modifications I offer OR to take your own modifications. This workout isn’t about me [or anyone else for that matter] it’s for you and that means that you need to do what feels best for your body today.
Since so many of us are experiencing a shut down in our states again right now, I challenge you to try at least 1 YogaBurn class and 1 of my HIIT workouts every single week for the next four weeks. I guarantee that in a months time, you will progress. Whether that’s nailing that push up from your toes, extending your plank hold 30 seconds or finally belly flopping an entire burpee sequence. Consistency equals growth and just because we’re at home doesn’t mean our progress needs to halt.
