Equipment Free Total Body AMRAP [20 Minutes + Warmup/Cool Down]

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!! It’s probably one of my favorite (if not my favorite) holidays because in case you weren’t already aware of this… tacos and margaritas are both included in my favorite food groups. Anyways… enough talk about food, what I’m equally as excited to share with you today is my very first FULL LENGTH HIIT WORKOUT! 

It’s true that I’ve been posting many more full length workouts (8 in total last month, all of which you can find right here) however most have been YogaBurn style with a few yoga flows intermixed. And while I’m a big fan of both of those formats, y’all probably know that HIIT workouts are my absolute favorite so I’m stoked to start sharing those right here for you. 

Don’t let the sound of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) scare you off -- there are modifications for all levels. No matter what your fitness level is, you CAN do this workout and what’s even better is that as you continue through your fitness journey, you can continue to come back to this same workout and start to notice the strength you’re building. 

Like a lot of the workouts I’ve been posting, this one requires NO EQUIPMENT so you can not only utilize it now (while we’re all still quarantined at home) but also in the future whether you are traveling, looking for a quick at home workout to fit into your schedule or anything in between. 

20' Total Body AMRAP 

10 SL Lunges [R]

10 SL Lunges [L]

25 Seal Jacks

10 Sumo Squat & 1/2 

10 Burpee Pops

10 Downdog Push-ups

10 Army Crawls [5R/5L]
