Yoga Block Total Body YogaBurn [30 Minute Workout + Warmup/Cooldown]
Y’all this is my eighth blog post of the month… EIGHTH!!! I probably didn’t write eight blog posts in the entire year of 2019 so this is big for me. It’s been really fun for me to change up my offerings throughout this time of quarantine and not only offer LIVE classes for y’all via Instagram but to also be able pivot and then use those workouts to create YouTube vids and blogs that you can look back to for weeks, months and maybe even years to come!
The reality is that we all know that at some point, we’re going to be released back into our “normal” worlds right? We will no longer be tied to our homes, we will be able to see friends/family, maybe even travel?! (please oh PLEASE!!) and even though things may not be exactly the same, I fully believe that our schedules will fill back up just like they had been before.
What this leaves me with is a big question mark as to what this means for my LIVE workouts, for the blog & for the trust you’ve all built in me over the past few weeks. Do I keep hosting weekly LIVES? Are you too busy to tune in? Would you rather get back to your regular gyms? Would you rather just see new workouts on the blog so that they are always accessible?
I don’t have the answer to “what’s next” with this in regards to workouts -- I’m honestly just flying by the seat of my pants and listening to feedback over on the gram on a weekly basis. HOWEVER, I can tell you that soon I will be dropping some paleo-friendly summertime grillout recipes here just to change it up a little so STAY TUNED for that.
In the meantime, grab a yoga block, ball, pillow or whatever else you have laying around the house because this workout is ready & waiting for you!
