Equipment Free Total Body Workout [20 Minutes]

It’s Valentine's Day, we’re still in the midst of a global pandemic andddd it feels like it’s -24 degrees Fahrenheit out today… sounds like the perfect day for some blog work paired w/ a heavy dose of couch potato-ing. 

Again [as will be the theme for workouts shared here for awhile] this bodyweight workout comes to you from wayyy back in April of 2020 when we were all still familiarizing ourselves with what workouts from home looked like. While feelings may not be mutual on this, I for one have definitely come to terms with the fact that home workouts might just be the way of the future for me because they seem to do the trick just as well and they are just so damn convenient. Anyone else think they will be sticking with their home gym even once our lives start to shift more towards our new “normal”?

Rather than a YogaBurn workout, you’ll find this is a 20-minute total body circuit workout coupled with a warm up on the front end and a cool down on the back end to round out at just 40 minutes in total. Not really into following along with a LIVE workout? No sweat, write down the workout below, set your own timer and let it rip!

Equipment Free Total Body Workout

[Min 1] Lateral Lunges -- rounds 1/3 = right side, rounds 2/4 = left side

[Min 2] Burpees

[Min 3] Wild Things -- rounds 1/3 = right side, rounds 2/4 = left side

[Min 4] In/Out Squats

[Min 5] Plank Hold

Repeat 4x through!
