Bodyweight Low Impact YogaBurn [30 Minutes]

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a workout on here but with gyms going into shutdown #2 here in Minneapolis [and honestly across the country] I figured I’d take some time to move some of my IG LIVE workouts from this spring over to the blog/YouTube so they are even easier to access.

I originally created and hosted this workout because I know that a good chunk of my followers are with child or have recently had a child and/or are at a place in their life where lots of impact doesn’t feel great on their joints — which is TOTALLY understandable I might add. However, in creating and hosting this workout I realized two additional things: 1) That we ALL could benefit from the addition of regular low impact training [myself included] — I promise that our bodies will thank us. 2) This workout was just as difficult as all of my other workouts — so don’t let this low impact shiz fool you. I’m here to say… I’ve been humbled.

No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, whether you’ve kept up a regimented workout schedule through COVID or you’re literally stepping foot on your mat for the first time in 2020 [again, totally acceptable] — this is the perfect workout for you.
