Total Body Bodyweight YogaBurn [30 Minutes + Warm Up/Cool Down]
Well, well… it’s LONG overdue but I have a new workout post coming at you today! And while things are shall we say “a little crazy” out there in the world today & can be so uncertain and scary at times, the positive side of things is that throughout the past 2 ½ weeks of working remotely I’ve found a lot more time in my days.
I’m no longer driving to and from the gym, to and from work, to and from the studio… this alone saves me an average of I’d say 75ish minutes a day -- now I realize some people have much longer commutes, but when I did the math on this I was still pretty pumped with the results.
This paired with the fact that I literally cannot schedule any additional activities outside of my own FT job and home life (which I’m partially enjoying if I’m being totally honest -- although I do miss my friends a TON) means that I actually have time to dedicate to the things that fill me up inside; reading, getting lots of sleep, walking my dogs every day, working out, cooking at home, resting, having some adult beverages, eating cookies (easy -- the last 2 I’m really working on moderating) AND best of all… creating the content I’ve always wanted to for this blog.
I’m now streaming LIVE workouts 2 days per week on my Instagram page and then crafting them into blog posts so that you can access them next week, a month from now or even 6 months from now.
Interacting more with you guys on a daily basis and watching you all crush these workouts at home has been super motivating/inspiring and I’m looking forward to more of it in the coming weeks.
Like I tell basically everyone I talk to these days… it’s not IF we make it through this it’s WHEN.
