My 6 Most Challenging Live Workouts

What is WILD is that we’re already in month 6 of this pandemic/our own quarantines and while I know that some of us have returned to our usual gym routines, I know that a lot of us [myself included] are still utilizing the space and equipment we have right in our own homes to get our movement in each day. 

A few months back, we were sweating together multiple times a week via IG Lives and though those have slowed and I’ve gone back to mostly feed workouts [per your request], I continually find myself going back to those full-length live workouts we completed together because they are so damn good. That said, I figured I’d round up the most challenging ones so that you too can easily come back to them over and over again for months and years to come!

Many of these workouts are bodyweight/equipment free but even for those that do require some equipment, I’m positive that there is something inside your home right now that can act as a great substitute. As with all of my workouts, the equipment can be modified and so can the movements --- create a workout that works for you and not against you.
