Hi there + Welcome to Define Fettle!

I'm Britany,  a health + fitness enthusiast who has found a new life in real food! I'm a certified health coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and the face behind Define Fettle! 

As a health + fitness professional, I fully recognize the value of daily movement and a good sweat, but throughout the years I've come to realize that properly nourshing your body holds far deeper implications. I began transitioning to a real food lifestyle over 4 years ago and although it has not always been easy, I have never once looked back. By removing processed food and added sugars from my daily diet, I finally experienced digestive relief after 20+ years of severe struggles. I'm continually amazed by my energy levels every single day, the amount of control I have over the foods that enter my body and how much I've learned {and am still learning} to love my body--->>> Even without a 6pack. 

Through health coaching I'm able to share this lifestyle with many others who are struggling to take control of their health and that is the single most rewarding part of my entire life. I leave every single coaching session with the biggest smile plastered on my face and a heart filled so full because helping others find true health and true happiness with their body is what I live for. I've been there, I've tried {and failed} all of the fad diets, I've been ashamed of my body simply because my stomach didn't have carved out rectangles plastered across it, I've had digestive issues that became debilitating at times... but I don't anymore, and I want to help as many people as possible find the freedom that I've found in this new lifestyle!

My absolute favorite things in life are: a good sweat sesh, a hot cup of coffee, nut butter cups, traveling the world with my boyfriend, Austin and cuddles with our golden {and mini golden} doodles, Carly and Joie.
